How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love My Phone

On Monday, I deleted all the social media apps from my phone. I’m trying to spend less time aimlessly scrolling and more time music-making and picture-taking. For years, I treated my phone like the enemy, which made it all the more tempting. I think the trick to making peace with your phone is to prune it down until it only does the things that truly matter to you. My phone is now basically a camera, instrument, and music player. Everything else can be done on a computer.

I made the music for this film with the Koala Sampler app. It costs $4.99. I love it, and so does my son. Highly recommended!
